Breathe Better, Feel Better Workshop with Shawn Cornelison
July 9 & 23 | Wednesdays | 7-9 PM | $100
We have all been told to take a deep breath in and then sigh it out, especially if we are under stress. Is this breath cue effective for long term breath health? Does it make sense to give that cue to the general public? Are there better ways to use breath to support anxiety and stress? For many of us, even though it is something we do 20,000 times a day, breath is still a mystery.

Come learn how breath was meant to work based on physiology and the ancient texts of Yoga. This is a fun and informative way to learn more about your breath and how to breathe and feel better. This workshop is perfect for students who want to breathe better and have more vitality. It is also perfect for teachers who want a better understanding of how breath works and how to teach it.
